1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of the AMPD website, software platform, and related services. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Platform Description
AMPD is a property intelligence and maintenance workflow platform for commercial roofing maintenance. AMPD provides software tools and does not itself perform roofing, construction, engineering, legal, accounting, or insurance services.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
Property Owners establish customer accounts and authorize users. Vendors maintain vendor accounts. Users must protect account credentials.
4. User Roles
Supported roles include Property Owner, Property Manager, Tenant, Vendor, and Administrator. Access is role-based.
5. Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse the Platform, upload malicious content, reverse engineer the software, or use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
6. Customer Data
Customers retain ownership of Customer Data. AMPD receives a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the Platform.
7. Intellectual Property
AMPD owns the Platform, software, workflows, templates, trademarks, branding, and related intellectual property.
8. Reports
Reports are decision-support tools and do not constitute engineering, legal, insurance, or professional advice.
9. Vendors
Maintenance work is performed by Atlas Restoration Contractors or independent vendors under separate agreements. AMPD does not guarantee workmanship or repair outcomes.
10. Payments
Payments may be facilitated through Stripe or other approved providers. AMPD does not hold customer funds unless expressly stated.
11. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with Google, Stripe, Twilio, CompanyCam, HailTrace, QuickBooks, SMS providers, and similar services.
12. Availability
The Platform is provided on an ‘as available’ basis without uptime guarantees.
13. Warranty Disclaimer
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMPD is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Platform use.
15. Suspension & Termination
AMPD may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security concerns, or violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Texas law.
17. Changes
AMPD may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
