3. Information Submitted Through the Platform
Property Owners, Property Managers, Tenants, Vendors, and Administrators may submit Issue Reports, Solution Reports, Completion Reports, maintenance records, supporting documents, and photographs. Customers retain ownership of Customer Data.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to operate the Platform, route maintenance requests, facilitate communication, generate reports, process payments through approved providers, improve services, provide customer support, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with users.
5. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with services including Stripe, Google, Twilio, CompanyCam, HailTrace, QuickBooks, SMS providers, analytics providers, and similar technologies. These providers maintain their own privacy practices.

The Platform is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

AMPD primarily operates within the United States. Users accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
